A 2.92% percent Employee Wellness charge is collected for our employees' benefits. We added Employee Wellness as a separate charge as a way to reflect the rising wage and benefit levels mandated by new labor laws and voted mandates including the living (minimum) wage law, sick leave requirements and healthcare pursuant to the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). Rather than increase the price of our products, we use Employee Wellness as a way to communicate the new costs mandated by the new laws.
Yes, our stores are open to the public and we invite you to visit us. Our stores are meant to be an important neighborhood resource that’s faster and more convenient that the big corporate supermarkets.
Yes! It's hard to believe, but if you order right now, we will be at your door in about 30 minutes.
We start delivering at 8 am, as long as you place your order before midnight it will be delivered.
We are open from 8 am to midnight everyday except Christmas and Thanksgiving.
Delivery is FREE when you order $100 online. Our delivery fee is $6.87 for all other orders.
Our minimum order is $14.99.

We changed our name to Yummy.com to help new customers distinguish our on-demand 30 minute delivery service from the old-fashioned next day delivery service HomeGrocer started back in 1997. Many customers are nostalgic for the HomeGrocer brand, while many others are enthusiastic about the change and our focus on the future of grocery delivery. Yes, if you don't want you groceries right now, you can schedule a delivery for any 30 minute window that's convenient for you.
